reflect this fact, the "AOU Continuum" is considered to be the only scientific continuum. (Cybernetics evolved from the observation that the normal or adequate can rise or fall to negative levels.) The "overly" or large end of the "telescope" is labeled "negative plus" and represents "additions" to the "adequate" or ideal (center of continuum) - these "additions" (over-expanded) cause negativity. The "underly" or small end of the "telescope" is labeled "negative minus" and represents a "reduction" of the "adequate" or ideal - these "reductions" (drawn-out state) causes a different type of negativity than "negative plus." A point midway between "adequate" and "underly" is equal in degree to a point midway between "adequate" and "overly" but opposite in effect. If these concepts are not clearly understood, errors can be made when continuums are devised for various phenomena. (Also, the phenomena contrasted on the AOU Continuum must belong to the same "family of degrees" in order to avoid a faulty continuum and faulty derived conclusions.) III. INTER-CAUCASIAN STRIFE PREVENTS EUGENICS The caucasians are the ruling and superior race in the world but they have been steadily losing power because the caucasians are divided and are kept divided by two types of defectives: "Stock-Abusing White Defectives" and the "Race-Mixing White Defectives." The non-caucasians by themselves would not be a genetic, etc. threat to a united caucasian race. The stock abuser type white defective is considered to be a major or first-cause of division among caucasians. The race-mixer acts like a "bug which enters an open wound." The race mixer flourishes wherever there is a stock abuser to cause division (a "wound"). The stock abuser suggests, implies, or plainly advocates the disparagement, or enslavement, or destruction of other stocks belonging to the same race. They unscientifically take stands on speculations about the origin and evaluation of the stocks and generally propose that all other stocks are "mixed races" (e.g. Eastern and Southern Europeans); genetically inferior physically (appearance, etc.); and have made less or no contributions to civilization. They also accuse some stocks of being "parasitic" and degenerators of society. The stocks which are "abused" or being persecuted (their basic environment is endangered) often, as a defense mechanism, make "lesser-of-evils alliances" with non-caucasians and encourage the propagation of hypocritical integration and allied "protective philosophies" and outlooks, or some form of "tokenism." Even individuals belonging to the same stock as the "stock abuser" do join the abused stocks, because of sympathy, and re-enforce the "negative alliances" designed to help protect the persecuted and disparaged stocks. Fake and genuine white defective race mixers then predominate and control society. The stock abusion type political, etc. organizations must change their policy if the caucasians are to become united. Or, Eugenicists must denounce the stock abusers and take the lead away from them. False eugenics (especially the form which incorporates stock abusion) has been dominant in the past and is dominant in the present and must be replaced by true eugenics. Society is composed of the upper strata leadership, the upper strata followers, and the lower strata. By removing the stock abuser from the upper strata leadership, the race mixer will fade, and the upper strata followers will be united and able to rally the support of the lower strata. Eugenicists can then successfully direct the caucasians against the non-caucasian threat and evolve a Eugenic Society. Because the differences are significant enough and the numbers involved are substantial, stock abusion is powerful enough to cause disunity in a race. The abusion of individual genetic types are too minor to cause widespread disunity in a race because too few persons are involved and the differences in type too insignificant. Abuse of a different race does not cause significant disunity within the abusing race because race differences are too great to disturb the members of the abusing race. But, abuse of stocks becomes a detriment to eugenic progress because of its widespread effect within a race which causes division.
