V. POLITICAL HISTORY CHART Now that we have explained "heredity versus environment" (the fundamental problem underlying all political thought); and have revealed the AOU Continuum classification system; and have shown that inter-caucasian strife prevents eugenics (stock abusers the primary instigators); and have compared AEP with contemporary organizations, we can now construct the historical pattern of these basic ideas. The following information describes the "Political History Chart" which appears at the end of this brochure. In history two distinct patterns have been imposed on society: Stock Abuse and Race Mixing. Both these patterns have been equally successful in preventing the full attainment of the third pattern -Eugenics. As indicated on the "Political History Chart", each of these three patterns (Stock Abuse, Race Mixing, and Eugenics) are divided into three factions. The "+1 Race Mixer" includes economic conservatives; the "+2 Race Mixer" is socialistic or leans toward socialism; the "+3 category" under Race Mixer represents societal breakdown -resulting from "+1" and "+2" negativities. The "-1 Stock Abuser" suggests or encourages stock abuse (bad treatment or destruction of other stocks within a race -caucasian in this case); the "-2 Stock Abuser" uses a religious foundation for stock abusion - stock mistreatment becomes "divine will;" the "-3" category under Stock Abusers represents societal breakdown -resulting from "-1" and "-2" negativities. The Eugenicist faction labeled "+X" believes that stocks are "equal" and can mix genetically; the "-X" faction believes the stocks are unequal, though possibly pure, and should not genetically mix - they are not stock abusers but are stock supremacists; the "X" faction (at center) among the Eugenicists believe in stocks having a general "equal" status (as dictated by available facts), and believe that stocks are possibly pure (separate origination or development) but they should not genetically mix (knowledge to encourage stock mixing is lacking). THE "X" FACTION AMONG EUGENICISTS IS THE OFFICIAL POSITION OF THE AMERICAN EUGENICS PARTY. The three factions of Eugenicists are classed as "positive" because they are united on (1) opposition to race mixing: (2) opposition to stock abuse; and (3) full implementation of the Basic Eugenic Program to control quantity and quality of offspring through legislation (Direct Eugenics). History began with Stock Abuse as the pattern --warring tribes, etc. Later the War Kings emerged and larger scale battles took place., mainly between stocks (genetically strong survived). When weaponry determined the course of war rather than physical skill, a genteel aristocracy resulted (the truly strong no longer came to the top). The Genteel Aristocracy began to crumble and the equalitarian ("environmentalist" -plastic heredity) outlook on humans emerged -with the "inequalitarian" outlook ("non-plastic" hereditary traits) becoming secondary. The "inequalitarian" outlook continued to develop, however, and culminated with the eugenic formulations of Galton and Mendel, as an initial intellectual force. Lamarck the "father of equalitarianism") and others proposed the "acquired characteristics" hypothesis - meaning the right environment can improve or equalize the different heredities. His ideas if implemented would cause societal breakdown so he is, and others like him, are placed on the "Political History Chart" as "+3". Rousseau, a thorough equalitarian, followed by blaming the institutions and not man. The American (1776) and French (1789) Revolutions ushered in idealistic capitalism, based on the ideas of Adam Smith, Rousseau, and Lamarck. This capitalism was soon corrected because people were found not to exercise their vote properly (unchanging or stable genetic inequality was discovered). Corrected capitalism (with a "hidden corporate structure") was introduced by Madison and others. At this point a "stability" had been reached-a form of "indirect" eugenics was being applied (negroes were not citizens; those without property could not vote; women could not vote). The "equalitarians" did not give up, however. Marx (1848) culminated the efforts of the time by saying only complete equality in the environment, not partial, can bring about equality of man (equal heredity and communism). Darwin followed by proposing genetic instability (fast rate of evolutionary change) coupled with acquired characteristics. (Terminated Evolution or "slow-rate evolution" may be an accepted hypothesis among Eugenicists.) Hugo de Vries, originator of the Mutation Evolution Theory, corrected Darwin but still proposed a fast, unpredictable, unstable rate of evolutionary change which is designed to diminish the value of heredity and eugenics. These men supplied the political foundation for the establishment of the first communist nation in Russia in 1917. The late fall of Russian Aristocracy (because of limited communication) is termed the "Eugenic Spark" on the "Political History Chart." Because the communist revolutionaries were able to take advantage of this "lateness" and turn the weakened Russia from a brief period of "corrected capitalism" (1916) to communism (1917), this premature development chain reacted into other events which tended toward eugenics. The failure of Russian Communism in 1921 "sparked" a shift away from equalitarianism when weakened Italian Capitalism turned to Fascism (1923), followed by weakened German Capitalism to Nazism (1933). (Had fascism not joined with the nazis, they may not have earned the label of "Stock Abuser.") Hitler took the leadership away from Mussolini and discredited eugenics with the stock-abusing doctrines of Nordicism (Nordics the only pure caucasian stock; they contributed all; "inferior" stocks to be mistreated-these beliefs were extended into heaven when certain Nordicists implied a religious justification). This form of stock abuse is referred to as the "Deficiency Arc" on the Chart. (Nordicists can believe they are supreme and remain genetically separate but they cannot abuse other stocks.)
