I have your letter of May 6, with regard to your first-hand survey of State and Federal Prisons, etc. I do not know how I can get that before the Committee on Immigration. Brother Dickstein is in charge with a Democratic majority which seems inclined to go along with him.
With regard to the Hawaiian studies, I might secure the printing of that in the Committee on Territories, of which I am a member.
If you have extra copies of these studies I shall be glad to see them.
