Mr. Herbert Harley, Municipal Court of Chicago, Chicago, Ill. Dear Mr. Harley: Let me thank you for list of names of disqualified bondsmen in the Municipal Court of Chicago. I should be very glad to have a paragraph from you for insertion in the Eugenical News. Let this paragraph describe the cause and nature of the character and conduct of a person who is a disqualified bondsman.
