E.R. Evans letter to A. Estabrook, providing information about the Nam family child placed in foster care (2/14/1917)

Dr. Estabrook. - 2 - more satisfaction. His teacher writes that he is very disobedient to his foster parents but they are very kind to him. He is in the third grade and his marks are good. However, this school, where his marks are always uniformly good, is in the country. He is in a class with only one other child and it is difficult to say how he would compare with ordinary children. About six months ago his foster mother said that he is quiet, does not talk much and lets other children boss him. Thanking you again for your letter and thanking you in advance for the further information, I am Sincerely yours, [signed]Ethel R. Evans. Supervisor. ERE.Q. [end]
