17 General conclusion was that information of individuals back more than three generations is of little value. Would be very valuable if field workers in insane hospitals could stay at institution for feeble minded for a time, for only way to study defectives and those at institutions for Fm. Should stay at insane hospital for time. Plan suggested to exchange 18 field workers for a month or so. Would greatly increase efficiency in end. Add- Nervous- should mean over activity and lack of control, should not mean tendency to weep or anxiousness --
