inations for each of the five years. For the first two years, all urine analyses were also made at the State Laboratory. For the 1922 and 1923 Fairs the Lattimore Laboratory of Topeka generously contributed the urine analyses. At the 1924 Fair the Department of Bacteriology of the State University sent a clinical pathologist, who did all the laboratory work, except the Wassermans, at the building. The Wasserman tests were made at the State Laboratory. Special mention should be made of Christ's Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, and Stormount Hospital, also the Students' Hospital of Lawrence - for nursing service, loan of linen, etc. A number of public health nurses, notably Mrs. Ed. Anderson of Lawrence, have rendered invaluable service. A large number of young women college students, clerks, stenographers, etc., have carried on the very necessary but arduous clerical procedures with faithfulness and enthusiasm. The Y.M.C.A. and Y.W.C.A. of Topeka have kindly contributed the services of physical directors on several occasions. Numerous other individuals and agencies have assisted from time to time in various capacities. The Kansas Bureau of Child Research has tabulated the records of the five years' examinations and compiled this report. The Bureau proposes making further examinations of entire families, in order to contribute to the scientific direction of the movement. Jun 1928
