Because the officers of both organizations, for the year ending June, 1929, will be elected and other important business will be transacted at these meetings, it is especially desirable that the members of each society attend their respective business sessions, which will be held after the papers have been read and the Committee reports rendered. 1. Eugenics Research Association Items of business: 1. Minutes of last meeting. 2. Vote on names nominated for membership. 3. Report of the Auditor. 4. Report of the Nominating Committee. 5. Election of Officers. 6. Other business. 2. American Eugenics Society, Inc. Items of business: 1. Action on the report of the Nominating Committee. This Committee has nominated for membership on the Board of Directors for the three year term beginning 1928 and ending 1931, C.C. Little, Irving Fisher and Edwin G. Conklin. 2. Election, on nominations from the floor, of the Nominating Committee of five to propose names for three directors to serve from 1929 to 1932. 3. Other business. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the American Eugenics Society will be held following the adjournment of the business meetings.
