4 1 upon the adverso party. Upon the filing of such notice of appeal, 2 together with the undertaking, if any, the county clerk must, 3 within ten days after the filing of such notice, make a return to 4 the appellate court of all the proceedings including the evidence. 5 the appellate court may affirm or reverse the determination of 6 the county judge and its determination shall be final. 7 [section symbol] 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
