069. Carnegie Institution of Washington Department of Genetics Eugenics Record Office [illegible] Cable address [illegible] Cold Spring Harbor Long Island, N.Y. November 5, 1924. Mr. William G. Stonesifer, Hanover, Pa. Dear Sir; - A correspondent of this office, who knows our interest in families writes that in your family there has been an unusual event in that 4 brothers have married 4 sisters. If this is correct, kindly let me know. Please let me know, further, if you would indicate the relationship existing, if any, between yourself and your wife. As we are especially interested in the matter of heredity we should be glad to know what children there are from the respective marriages. Sincerely yours, [signed] Chas. B. Davenport, Director. D/G
