sample copy "Eugenics"

"Research Problems"
"What I think about Eugenics"
"Bibliography"
"Eugenical Sterilization 1926" [last digit of year is hard to read, it is possibly a four rather than a six] [end handwritten note]
[page number] -4- [end page number]
$2 a year and the combination is $4 a year. You can give me your check for $4 made out to the American Eugenics Society or to me, whichever you choose. This check will be sent to the American Eugenics Society and they will send to me a certificate showing that you are a bona fide member of the Society. As soon as I receive this I will bring it to you all framed and you can hang it on your living room wall, and I will also bring you the first issue of the magazine.
We suggest that you try to get the prospect to ask as many questions as possible because the more questions the person asks the more interested it shows that he is. We should like to emphasize the fact that it is well to get families as members of the Society. In case the family wishes to be listed as Mr. And Mrs. that is perfectly all right, and you should emphasize the fact that the Society especially wants the young folks in the family to read the magazine because eugenics is a family matter, and the more that the young folks know about eugenics the more likely they are to marry properly.
Very sincerely yours
Field Secretary
