Dr. Huntington asked, "How far will changing ideology change the economic conditions which handicap and prevent large families?" Evidently economic handicaps must be diminished at the same time that we change the ideology. In developing the ideology, the eugenic implication should be developed in all the social sciences, especially the various aspects of psychology.
Mr. Watson Davis, President of SOCIAL SCIENCE, said that when and if we know what we want to do for adult education in eugenics, we will be able to utilize the broad agencies of adult education as the most important means of presenting the eugenic ideal.
